Developing Intuition with Kundalini Yoga (Free Video Practice)

I was asked to teach a Kundalini practice that is useful for helping one to develop intuition, so I thought I would share it with you all! Kundalini Yoga is known as a practice to help bring balance to the energy body and entire system. Most of our day our attention (and energy) is directed outwards. This practice brings your energy back into your body and allows you to direct it to bring blood flow and energy to certain energy centers, organs and glands, which help with overall balance and strengthening of the nervous, glandular system, immune and digestive systems.

In this video, you will hear a little bit about how Kundalini works on the sixth chakra (third eye) and glandular system, specifically the pituitary gland. This is your master gland, which tells all of your other glands how much to secrete and has a powerful effect on your mood, muscles and metabolism. This video is a free practice for you to follow along, as I take a group through a Kundalini kriya called Becoming Crystal Clear, which is good to do for clearing brain fog, confusion or negative energy around the heart and brain, as well as developing intuition. We end with a meditation for strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and repair mode), balancing the brain and reducing your reaction to stress.

Please excuse the first 10 seconds of the video, it will quickly get into the first few minutes with Sarah Renee’s introduction of me. 3:15-11:17 is my intro to Kundalini and this particular kriya and meditation. 11:18-53:57 is the full practice. And the rest of the video is Q&A, as well as feedback from the group.
